SMCC Bohemian Christmas Party
On December 19, 2015, SMCC celebrates its annual Christmas Party at the Asian Institute of Management SGV Conference Hall. The event was more special because it also celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the company. The party with the Bohemian Theme was filled with gorgeous and handsome employees in their boho outfit.
The event, hosted by Pantene formerly of the Bay Walk Bodies, started around 6PM with a prayer followed by an opening remarks from the General Manager. Dinner was then served and enjoyed while the ACT 7 band serenaded during that time.
It is also this time of the year when employees are being awarded for their loyalty, hard work, and dedication. Awards given were loyalty award, most valuable employees’ award, and Accident Free Project award for the site with the most safe man hours.
It has always been the company’s tradition to let the newly hired staffs present and entertain everyone. The SMCC freshies serenaded everyone with their Christmas jingle.
The highlight of the event was the competition of group presentations among departments and sites.
The first presenter was the Manila Project group who danced in the beat of throwback music mixed with modern.
The second presenter came from QS-Design-Electromech Department who gave a band presentation and a sexy dance from the girls.
The third presenter was the Palawan Group who performed Philippine folk dance which is Tinikling and Pandanggo sa Ilaw, mixed with modern and Christmas songs.
The fourth presenter came from the SMY site who performed a mix dance of modern and throwback songs with a twist of humor through funny pick-up lines.
The fifth presenter was the PMS-Marketing Department who gave the audience a tour on the SMCC Projects and the Philippines as well, through their interpretative and festival dances.
And last but not the least, the Admin-Accounting-HR Department who also presented a dance in a modern mixed with throwback songs.
In the end, the Admin-Accounting-HR got the 3rd place, Palawan was 2nd, and lastly the PMS-Marketing Department was hailed champion.
Twenty four lucky employees also took home with them major gifts from suppliers through a raffle draw.
The Boho Stars of the Night who stood out gorgeously were also recognized.
Indeed it was another memorable experience for the SMCC Family.
