November 3,2017 - MOL Magsaysay held an appreciation party for SMCC Philippines, Inc. for the MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy project.
Various VIP’s from the MOL group, A. Magsaysay Inc., Magsaysay Institute of Shipping, MOL Magsaysay Maritime Academy, and SMCC Ph attended the merry celebration. One of the attendees was Mr. Yoshio Nagamoto, Director Representative, Vice President SMCC Tokyo who came all the way from Japan.

The event took place at the MMMA Project site in Dasmariñas, Cavite from 10:00 AM to 12:30 NN.
It started with a presentation that was shown to the visitors exhibiting the project’s progress from scratch to its current state.

After the presentation was the actual site visit of the VIP’s to the facilities.
Following the site visit was the short program held at the temporary facility of SMCC.
Top management from various firms involved on the project gave their speeches thanking and appreciating everyone for all the hard work given to make the endeavor possible.
“Since groundbreaking ceremony on March 2016, advancement of actual construction from June of same year, with the advancement technology by SMCC, especially presented by precast construction technology and great efforts by each worker of SMCC, the construction has been carried out without any big accidents. The appreciation party was organized to acknowledge and recognize the efforts of every individual who took part in achieving a milestone for the MMMA project. Also, it served as a testament to the growing relationship between entities involved.
