Will serve as a frontline ensuring all guests are greeted and attended immediately, all enquiries and concerns are responded in courteous manner regardless of the situation. Incoming calls are answered, filtered and directed to the concerning department or employee. Documents or items that are transmitted from the office and vice versa area delivered to our project sites or specific person. The receptionist will also assist to other administrative works from time to time.



  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent would be an advantage but not required.
  • With good communication skill.
  • Must be willing to do other administrative works besides the functions of a receptionist.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
